CREATION Health Summer Camp
Brought to you by Centura Health and the Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Youth Department.
Scholarships are available for children of associates of the five Adventist hospitals that are part of the Centura Health system: Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker and Porter Adventist Hospitals.
One-hundred and fifty scholarships are available to associates who meet the qualification requirements and submit an application online.
Scholarships will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
Scholarships are awarded in the form of a discount code to be used by the Centura Associate’s immediate children and can be applied to 1 session of camp at Glacier View Ranch.
Associates who qualify for the scholarship will pay a total of $110 per camper for Cub, Junior, Tween, or Teen Camps, and $125 for Teen Outpost Camp.

Please keep in mind that the Centura CREATION Health Camp meal plan (see below for details) will only be offered during Cub, Junior and Teen Camps.
To qualify for the scholarship associates must:
Be an employee of one of the five Denver-area Adventist Hospitals.
Make no more than $85 k a year from Centura.
Not be a class ten manager or above.
Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week, or 40 hours per pay period.
NOTE: Part-time employees must have averaged 40 hours per pay period over the prior 3 months to qualify for the scholarship.
Part-time employee qualification to be verified by Centura Health Human Resources.
Campers must be the children of the Centura Associate listed on the application (biological, adopted, or legal guardians).
Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and neighbors do not qualify.

If you qualify for the scholarship and you are approved by your hospital’s HR department, you will receive a discount code for each child you plan to register.
The Centura team will e-mail codes to approved associates on a rolling seven-day basis. Thank you for your patience as we process your application.
Camp Registration Instructions
Upon receiving your CREATION Health Camp Scholarship Code, return to the “Register Today!” page to sign-up for camp!
Follow the appropriate links on our website to create an account or log-in to an existing account.
Follow the prompts to choose your week of camp and complete the online registration process.
A $60 non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of registration to hold your child’s place at camp.
The remaining reservation balance is due on the Sunday that your child’s camp session begins.
After you register your camper(s), please make certain that you receive an email confirmation from Glacier View Ranch.
Have ALL required documents (detailed on our “For Parents” page), including required up to date medical information, prepared for check-in on the Sunday that camp begins.
Please double-check your information as we will turn away campers with incomplete or missing documents.

The standard meal plan for summer camps at Glacier View Ranch is 100% vegetarian. What is referred to as the “Centura CREATION Health Camp meal plan,” includes daily meals with an animal protein choice and will be available only during designated weeks. For 2019, animal protein options will be available:
June 16 to 23 (Cub Camp)
June 23 to 30 (Junior Camp)
July 14 to 21 (Teen Camp)
Camp sessions not listed above will offer a vegetarian menu only.
