Summer Camp Village Team
Summer staff on the village team are responsible for the direct supervision of campers in the Boys Village, Girls Village, and Outpost camps.
Senior Counselors are directly responsible for the supervision of five to eight campers per week for six weeks of camp. Campers will range in age from 8 to 17. Duties include providing uninterrupted supervision of campers, ensuring each camper's physical and emotional safety, assisting with and participating in activity classes, connecting with campers on an individual basis, and encouraging their faith in Jesus Christ.
Co-counselors are responsible for assisting senior counselors with the supervision of campers and will receive a second assignment to fill a primary role as either an Activity Director, Activity Assistant, or Support Staff.
The Outpost Director and Outpost Staff members will operate one week of camp in Glacier View Ranch’s outback – tent camping with up to 20 campers at a time, cooking over a fire, and leading outdoor recreation activities such as hiking Mt Bierstadt (14,060ft), rock climbing, white water rafting, and mountain biking.

Summer Camp Culinary Team
Every summer, we ask campers to tell us about the best parts of their experience at GVR and MSR. Consistently, we hear, “the food was amazing!" Food is a big part of camp. We’d dare to say one of the most important parts of camp. And, we think Jesus would agree. He was always eating with someone, feasting with people and even multiplying food. Our culinary team at RMC Camps also multiplies food, working hard to prepare meals that are healthy and tasty, enabling campers and staff to have the energy to go, go, go from dusk till dark every day.

Summer Camp Housekeeping Team
At summer camp, things get dirty. Sometimes, really dirty! From laundering clothes to sweeping, dusting and vacuuming, the housekeeping team at RMC Camps saves the day, every day, by keeping things clean and sanitary. Do you enjoy the feeling of a squeaky clean window or the satisfaction of a well swept floor? Then, the housekeeping team is for you!
Summer Camp Maintenance Team
Have you ever spent some time with 50 some college students and 100 or so 12 year olds? We have… and we know that when you get that many young people having fun in the same place, things are going to break. When things break, what do you do? Call the maintenance team! At RMC Camps, the maintenance team fixes things and keeps the place looking pretty; from working on electrical and plumbing to mowing the yard and grading the driveway.
Summer camp Internships
At RMC Camps, we can’t pay you very much. But, it’s a really fun work environment! Plus, we offer experiences where you’ll get hands on with real aspects of the careers that you are pursuing. Interested in business? We have an internship for that. Nursing? Yep. Food service? You got it! We’ll work with your College or University to ensure that you receive internship credit for the work you do at summer camp.
